Register with us
You can register your details and requirements with us either via our website www.wrightsresidential.co.uk, over the phone or in our office on Fore Street, Trowbridge. We will then email you details of all properties that match your requirements as soon as they come onto the market, or if you prefer we can post details to you.
Viewings
We carry out viewings six days a week (9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4:00pm on Saturdays).You can arrange a viewing through our website, www.wrightsresidential.co.uk, over the phone or in our office.
Making an offer
Once you are ready to make an offer on a property we will contact the Vendor immediately to put your offer forward. We will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible with a response and will give you as much or as little guidance as you require throughout the process of negotiating an agreeable price.
The legal process
The service doesn't stop once we have secured an acceptable offer. We can help you to find reliable conveyancer and from then until the moment of completion we will be in touch on a regular basis, endeavouring to keep all parties up to date with relevant information in order to ensure that the process runs as quickly and smoothly as possible.
